Shipping Policy

We want to be upfront about how shipping works at VividVogue. We partner with trusted suppliers to deliver quality automotive accessories directly to your door. Here's everything you need to know.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may not be supported for all products — if you have questions about your address, contact us before ordering.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Delivery time
After processing, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and the supplier's dispatch schedule. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 8–18 business days. These are estimates and not guarantees — delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping costs
Free shipping is available on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The exact amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be assigned and available on our Order Tracking page. Tracking numbers are typically assigned within 5 business days of your order date. If your tracking number has not appeared after 7 business days, please contact us.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your order date, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
